[wanted] Fender Jazz Bass template

Sign in to disble this ad
hat I mean is, a drawingplan of a mexican Jazz bass that shows the outline of the body and the position of pups, controls, etc. I want to make a custom pickguard using sjablones and spraypaint etc and I want to experiment first with designs, colours, etc.

Something like this (see attachment) but with exact measurements, pup placement etc.

Thanks

Why not just use your existing one as a template?

Have you tried e-mailing Fender? I don't know if they have that kind of stuff available, but it seems like no one here has anything like that.

ohh. i see. then you can take some trace paper, (its thin, and clear-ish) and you can put it over your bass, and then you could draw the template over it.
either that, or Waxpaper with a sharpie. that would work too.
