Can anybody recommend a good raw 10" driver (e.g., from Eminence) that would be good for jazz guitar in low to moderate volume gigs?

Eminence doesn't make a Neo 10, but outside of that their Lil' Buddy would be best for jazz thanks to it's hemp cone.
Weber makes the only 10" Neo speaker I know of:

That's a PA speaker though. Stiff, heavy cone and stiff suspension. Not for guitar.
I should have clarified....Eminence makes plenty of Neo 10's, but none in their line designed for guitar use.

I'm so far from being an expert it's laughable, but I believe the Eminence Neo 2510 might work for what you're asking.

Again that's a bass guitar/PA speaker with a heavy cone, but yeah it might work. Worth a shot.
Best bet might be to contact Anthony at Eminence to see what he recommends.
That Weber Neo is more like what Fender uses in their Jazz amps though.

I've never heard of a Neo speaker made specifically for guitar.

I forgot about Jensen!
Jensen Neodymium 10" guitar speakers - Jensen Neo10-100 10" speaker has a lightweight neodymium magnet. Great tone for guitar cabinets with full detailed sound and handles 200 watts.
