there is a dude who makes them on ebay. search gibson eb-2 or some variation of it and you'll find it. i bought one from him for my 1967 gibson eb-2d and it works great. very nice quality and great case. well worth it IMHO.

When I got my 68 EB-2 in the mid 80s, it had a molded grey hardshell case. No idea of the name of the company, and the bass is long gone- all I have is this pic:

That looks like something that came with an old Vox semi I once had... very good case actually
I have a '67 Gibson EB-2, which should be the same size as a '67 Rivoli. It fits PERFECTLY in a new Epiphone Jack Casady bass case (the JC bass case does NOT have a smaller treble horn area like the JC bass itself does; the case is symetrical like an EB-2 or Rivoli body). I ordered the JC bass case from Sweetwater (it was even in stock) for $119. Everyone else was asking $129. The fit is amazing. Try it and if for some reason it doesn't fit you could return it.
