The basses look cool, but I think I'd rather have a Carvin if I wanted a guitar.

nah thanks...I prefer my cheap Yamaha Pacifica 112...

plays great, looks good, sounds good...cheap...

I'm with cybersnider. If I wanted to spend that kind of money I'd get a custom Carvin built to my spec.

One with the passive magnetics / active piezo mods they did for someone a year or two ago. Requires two amps, but that's ok.

I would LOVE it if my guitarist showed up to rehearsal with one of those...or two of those.

I wonder why he's selling both together. Anyone want to split them?? CTbass&Songbird??

What do you think that they would go for?

Although I generally like Carl's work, the bridges on those guitars leave something to be desired. Not his best stuff at all.

Here's what I mean..

Lou Reed's guitar has a bridge worthy of being on Carl's creations...
