2006 Warped Tour

Any one going? what bands are you looking forward to? when and which location?

i am going to be getting tix soon for August 10th. i am looking forward to seeing Flogging Molly and the Scotch Greens again.

but i am mostly going because i am a rabid Gogol Bordello fan.

95% of the other bands i have never heard of so i'll probably rock out with the old guys over at the Joan Jett stage.

This year's lineup IMO is pretty weak. But I'll be going just cause I've never seen NOFX live.


Every Time I Die, From Autumn To Ashes, Against Me, and Reggie & The Full Effect should make for some good watching too.

NOFX is quite good live.

I went a few years ago and it was a killer lineup. NOFX, Less than Jake, Rancid, Me first and the gimmy gimmies (probably the best live act), mad caddies, some other people...good times.

But it was raining, and I always thought it was too expensive anyways, so I haven't gone since.

at the warped tour.com site there is a page with a bunch of kids arguing over which bands are emo and why they suck and "my favorite band is more emo than your favorite band" type stuff.

so yeah, i'll probably stick to the bands that i have heard of. I gotta see Helmet too.
