We wanted a really mainstream sound so we used a combo of various amp modelers and a Marshall JCM 2000 TSL 100 for distortion. For cleans we used a Carvin something or other and just EQing to get some of the chorusy, flangy effects. Digital delay as well. I was pretty happy with the guitar tone and I'm super picky when it comes to that stuff cuz neither one of our guitarists really know how to use their amps well. Funny thing is for bass I just plugged straight in to a super expensive pre-amp and then just used an SVT modeler to get that sound. For all digital, it came out pretty good IMO. Drums are 70% acoustic and 30% triggers and get sent away for mixing to the same guy that does the mastering and he spends about 2 days doing that so everything is perfect

. We recorded at Chango Studios in Casselberry, FL in case you wanted to check out his other work.
