4 channel stereo microphone mixer

i won an ebay auction for a guitar amp and this came with it.... i have no idea what it is....

if anyone could shed some light on the subject it'd be grealy apreciated...

It is a mixer, for mixing four different audio sources so that you can plug them into one amplifier. I am moving this to the Miscellaneous forum.
