I'm going to assume that your bass is tuned to B E A D G..
I'm not really sure what kind of music you're into, but here are a few to get you started -

311 - Creatures, Beyond the Grey Sky, Flowin'
Papa Roach - Between Angels and Insects
Staind - Mudshovel, For You...many others

Nickelback's bassist uses the low string a lot. Figured You Out is a good example of B string use.

Songs tuned down DADG and CGCF are good ones to check out too, most of those can be played on a 5 as well. You can also play a lot of 1/2 step down-tuned (Slayer etc) songs by playing the Eb at 4th fret B...but it's not as good as playing a tuned down open E quickly IMO

It's kinda hard suggesting bands and songs without knowing what you like to play. Google "5 string bassists" perhaps??

Similar to these other rock bands, Adema uses a 5-string.

Apart from that, there's Incubus, Dream Theater, and most prog rock bands

If you are saying, "I wanna play notes below low E" then see above - if you are saying, "I have a 5-string and want to use all 5 strings" then start using that low "B" to extend your range in a single position. You can cover a lot of territory now without having to shift in order to reach 2 octaves.

Also, since a lot of older songs were played on 4's, the bass players didn't utilize leading tones that approached the low "E" - they just didn't have that extended range. So you can even play songs that don't technically require that low "B" but make excellent use of it when you want to crawl up to that low "E" - see?
