Not sure of your definition of "good".

For B practice some fun can be had on Staind & Nickelback tunes, many country tunes(ok, pop country), Christian metal/rock(Kutless, Pillar, and others), Nightwish & Delain (goth/symphonic metal), and tons more. You WILL need either good speakers or headphones or both to hear it. ACME B2 cabinets work fine for it.

The band I'm with now has a 5'er in 2 tunes(covers with a great female vocalist sitting in with us) but I use a Line 6 BODXTLive's SubOctave to do it instead of carrying an extra bass for them.

"My Father's Eyes", Eric Claption. The version on "One More Car, One More Rider". Nathan East runs some of the best lines imaginable! Awsome Reggae riff that starts on the low B string. Meaty!!!!!

The whole album is some of Nathan East's tastiest stuff.

On Primus's Brown Album and Pork Soda he uses his 6-string Rainbow bass alot, uses the low B for cool slapping and the high C generally just for chords, so a 5 string would be able to pull them all off.

Off the Brown Album, I'd say Shake Hands with Beef and Bob's Party Time Lounge, and always a classic winner from Pork Soda, My Name is Mud

any melodic death metal song, they're normally tuned B flat or C flat

You simply have to tune 1/2 step up and there you go.

You could play Primus's My Name Is Mud where he only plays on the B strings.

All Korn song or Limp Bizkit or Nickelback. You could also play all song from Dream Theater Systematic Chaos album.

Send the Pain Below (and likely many other songs) by Chevelle (and many other nu-metal bands) can be played entirely on the B/A# string without going over the 9th fret. That should give it a good workout.
