5 strings and Radio transmitters

Sign in to disble this ad
Guys
Ive been using a AKG Guitar Bug transmitter for the last month with my 4 string Jaz and i like it but i can hear a change in tone. this i can live with as i can almost EQ it back to how i like it but im now getting a 5 string and wonder if this will be a problem.
I believe the radio system goes down to 40hz but i also believe i need it to go lower to not effect the tone of the B string down the bottom
Am i correct? of course ill give it a go anyway and see what difference it makes but im just trying to get an opinion from any one that has gone this route.
thanks
