I recently bought my first bass guitar ... 3-4 weeks ago. I've been practicing ALOT and its pretty simple but I still have alot to learn. I have been thinking about spending like 150 on an acoustic guitar to play ... should i keep practicing my bass right now or get the accoustic now :S

oh yeah... ive also been thinking about a keyboard... pimp out on that. idk recently have really been doing alot with music and am new too all this but its gona be a big hobby of mine for the rest of my life cause i love it.

Yes, get a keyboard and guitar, they both have things that could teach you about music. I recommend light gauge strings for guitar, because even my hands ache after a session with my acoustic. Musiciansfriend sells some decent Rogues.

While both guitar and keyboard have much to offer, you say you've been playing bass for what, 4 weeks? Stick with it for awhile, perhaps till you no longer feel it's "pretty simple", then think about picking up a second instrument.

The guitar will help your bass playing and playing bass will help your guitar playing. Get the guitar.
