I went to this show last night here in Atlanta and the Deftones are just simply amazing live... I have heard storys that they sucked live but Not last night, Man Chino has the most energy I have ever saw!!!! their mix was spot on!!!!Mastodon rocked as usual but were a little on the loud side, keep in mind I was on the sixteenth row.... Alice In Chains just simply did not have a good mix at all, Jerry's guitar was way too loud!!!!! has anyone else went to see the BlackDiamondSkye tour? what is your thoughts?

Having seen all of those bands separately, I'm just going say that's a killer lineup for the tour.

Is it Deftones>Mastodon>AIC?

Mastadon>Deftones>AIC, Yeah, I seen them at an open air venue in Detroit and thought AIC's sound sucked. I seen them at a smaller indoor hall about 6 months ago and was floored with how well they sounded, especially Inez's over driven sound. Deftones still had the same energy as 15 years ago when I seen them about 7 times. I don't know how
Chino can sing a whole concert in his style, amazing.

Saw deftones on Sep. 1 in Louiville at the Expo Five and they ****ing rocked. Some wankfest metal band Barroness opened for them that was a snooze fest but deftones rocked it. Chino couldn't hit the high notes on digital bath but that's to be expected after he ****ed his vox up on the White Pony Tour.

Band is on their A+ game this tour and I would recommend everyone to go see them. Granted I've been a fan since 97.

Really wanted to go to this show here in STL, Friday night. But the kids gotta come first. I'd really only want to see the Deftones anyway. No Layne=No AIC.
