Have you checked out the other North Korean child guitarist videos? Maybe it's just me, but I find the whole thing a bit creepy.

To be fair, the girl in the video above actually plays with some feel. You don't see that in your typical "child virtuoso" type videos.

I am amazed by that. That is a full sized guitar, and she is really stretching to hit those notes. Brilliant!

Wow - just wow...If this girl is 4-5 years old right now, imagine where she'll be musically when she's 20yrs old. Something tells me this is not the last we'll be seeing of her. Amazing - thanks for sharing!

"She belongs to Shin Hung Kindergarten in Hamhung City in North Korea."

The sad thing is, she probably does belong to someone.

Maybe not far from where she is now. I can't count the number of child prodigies I've seen over the years whom I never saw again after their appearance on the Tonight Show.

She's good by any standard. Children in the USA are usually too distracted to achieve such ability at that age. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. We don't know if this young lady wasn't tested for aptitude to play guitar, found to have the gift, and then put in guitar boot camp. I hope I'm way off base, but some who have been in-country have seen those things in other disciplines (gymnastics, boxing ,etc).

True, she'll be a fine bass player some day with a stretch like that once she grows up!
