Alright Need some help here....Kinnda odd but music

So My girlfriend thinks Good Charlotes Dance floor Anthem sounds like Rush is playing on it.....I gave it a listen and I dont really hear it. Its not a Bad song but I myself as long time Rush Fan dont hear it. Anyone want to chime in( and be nice please)

listening to the syncopation of the drum and high hat with the prominant bass lines kinda reminds me of some rush songs, but definitely not the vocal, lyrics or guitar work. oh, and its easier to hear the potential rush influence during the quieter build ups during the beginning of each verse.
