Analog Synth Repair near Chicago

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Moog Rogue that needs servicing. I opened it up to clean out the black foam goo inside, and before I put it back together, plugged it in to test it and must have shorted something out. The PCB was stupidly resting on the chassis....

Anyway, I know there aren't a lot of guys around who specialize in repairing old analog synths like this. I brought it to my local repair shop, Midwest Audio, and they said they can't even fix it....

So does anyone near Chicago have the skills, or know someone who does have the skills to repair a Moog Rogue?

Thanks in advance

jake

Deltronics should be able to help you out. They have a shop in Chicago and one in the west suburbs.

Thanks Gabe, I have taken it to them. Their estimate seems a little high to me, but I suppose there are fewer and fewer parts for these synths, as well as people who know how to repair them.
