Annoying X2 problem - how can I resolve this?

Hello there,

I recently got one of the rackmount X2 systems, and for some reason it will just stop working at random intervals.

The bar LED's on the rackmount part that display battery power and audio level will just go blank, and no sound will come out of my rig, even though the reciever is still on and the transmitter is still registering an input from my bass.

After this has happened, the rest of the lights on the X2 will pulse repeatedly

What is going wrong here? Do I have a defective transmitter or reciever? This is confusing the heck out of me

I've tried changing the channel and the batteries in the transmitter but it's still happening.

I could very well be wrong, but isn't the X2 based on a line-of-sight system? Is it possible that your lead singer or something along those lines are getting between you and the reciever?
