Is Any Good With Music Converters

G'day T'Bassers,

Is anyone good with Music Converters, because i ahve a music file which is AMR file, and i can't quite find a converter that Converts AMR to MP3. Anyone hav an idea to do it without converter, or does anyone hav the converter?

I don't use it myself but it'd be something i'd use if I needed to an AMR file into something else.
