I am not sure, but I am going to school majoring in Music.

I would do that as opposed to studying for electric bass. Much more versatile.

I am taking piano lessons, and will be taking fretless bass lessons from a cellist and drum lessons. I am also taking Aural Skills (sight singing and ear training) and Theory.

IUP is a PASSHE university, so it's one of the most affordable four-year institutions in PA. Duquesne is a private college, and obviously, more expensive. So you have two good choices depending on your financial means.
