Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, I apologize in advance if it's not.
I placed a smallish order with Guitar Jones USA on 9/14 and besides the confirmation email, have heard nothing since. I've emailed twice with no reply, called the number listed in their "contact us" section, when answered a message says "noone is available" and does not let you leave a message. I even did a Google search and found another phone number for them and that didn't work either.
Searching here and the web proved fruitless.
Anyone else have trouble with these people?
