I haven't heard Dragonforce, but if they are in the euro-power genre then lets see what I can remember from my power metal days:
Helloween (Keeper of the seven keys I & II)
Gamma Ray (Land of the Free)
Rhapsody (Legendary Tales)
Conception (Parallel Minds) - I'd also recommend "Flow" even more, but that's more proggy than power metal

Stratovarius (Episode)
