Anyone else (bassist) playing elec guitar tuned EADGCF?

I've never been a fan of alt tunings on bass (except maybe drop D, but then only rarely). I've been learning guitar casually for a couple of years but in the last 6 months I've really put some work into it.

The B and E strings completely break my brain, so I decided to tune up to C and F keeping in line with standard bass tuning. Chords require a little more effort in the hand (basically start every chord with your 2 finger instead of 1), but I find it MUCH easier to think about musically. It's gone from thinking about what fingerings I need to just playing.

Anyone else doing this?

no.. cause it throws chords all out of whack. i just know that my 6 string bass is all correct 5ths and i can run up and down it as i like. guitar is an entirely different set of shapes to me

+1 to that. I think that tuning on guitar would throw me right off.
