I was just thinking that it might be useful to start a reference list here of eBay scammers and thieves. eBay certainly isn't interested in helping you get your money back, or in putting these people out of business. I think it would make sense for us to share information on the eBay sellers that have burned us.
Also, you could use the seller's contact information to reply to one of those Nigerian 419 email scam letters. That's pretty funny too.
