However, we do also have a fish. I suppose we could call him Cirrus, though I doubt he would answer to it.

I worked for Apple Computers and while the iMac was still in generation 1 someone dumped a 6 month old kitten at the enterence to the parking lot while (on night shift) I was with some other employee's on a cigarette break.
I ended up keeping the cat (he's real cool).
I named him "iMac" |

(Of course, I do have a fish...and play Cirrus basses).
My fish doesn't listen to me either.
But then again, he's a Beta. Very anti-social.

Only later did it occur to me that one of my dogs is, in fact, named Jazzy. And my main bass is a Jazz.
She is a beagle-sheltie-corgi mix. My other dog is a dalmation named Polka. (Because she has dots-Get it?) We named the puppy Jazzy because we already had a music-themed-named dog, and just wanted to continue the theme.
Mea culpa. Mea maxima culpa. You may all 'Duh' at me now. I wanted to ridicule something and realized I had done it too.

It has nothing to do with your Frankie Yankovic fixation, right?!?

Oh all right! You've got me! It's true...Deep in my heart, I want to be an accordionist! And I actually DO like Wierd Al. But I've never heard any of Frank Yankovic's stuff.

Frankie is the Polka King. My Grandmother had his records.
There was an "Urban Rumour" for years that he was Wierd Al's Dad,
but I think he's more like an Uncle or something more distant.
