Anyone recognize this guitar

Anyone ever seen one of these I have searched for it with the info he has given but can't find any info to suggest why it would be worth $2400

Memphis was an import brand distributed by C Bruno in that area, it's an awfully nice Memphis copy of a Gibson but no way can it be worth $2400.

I wouldn't even say market is worth 600 and that would be for a Memphis collector.

That's what I was kinda thinking about the Memphis brand I hope he didn't pay anywhere near that much for it.
