How may diehard metal fans are seeing the mighty return of Emperor tonight or tomorrow night at BB King's in NYC?
Has anyone ever seen them before and if so, how was the show?
I know I have my ticket and can't wait until tonight. |

A friend of mine travelled to Norway and saw them there. He was in the same breakfast line for the hotel breakfast bar as Ihsahn. That would rule so much. |

One disappointment was that Samoth the guitar player wasn't there because of passport or immigration problems so Isahn had to cover both guitar parts. It sounded a little empty in parts but was still awesome.
They played for about an hour and 15 min plus an encore. If anyone gets a chance to see the show, you will enjoy it. |

I guess it's so pricey because who knows when they will be around again. They basically disbanded 5 years ago and this was the only NY area appearance. |
