If you had ever seen a "Steely Dan" or know what one is, this takes on a new meaning and should be pretty funny.
I hope we're laughing WITH you mrpackerguy.
BTW, every live video I've seen of this band is just great. Enjoy!

I juts bit my tongue, let it ride. As long as he doesn't start talking about Jethro Tull....

You're gonna go far,
You're gonna fly high,
You're never gonna die,
You're gonna make it, if you try;
They're gonna love you.
Well I've always had a deep respect,
And I mean that most sincere.
The band is just fantastic,
that is really what I think.
Oh by the way, which one's Pink?

I always sort of associated Donald Fagan and Steely Dan as alter-egos, knowing full well it refers to the whole group, but hey, I'm laughing with ya! |

Best live mix I've heard since the invention of the double 18 sub cab. |

There's a radio station around here that plays an album at five o clock and they played that album. It took me about five songs of totally enjoying before I realized I actually had that album. |

Best live mix I've heard since the invention of the double 18 sub cab. | Here's hoping. 3 years or so ago, I heard them at Summerfest in Milwaukee at the outdoor amphitheater there with Michael mcDonald. Absolute worst sound I've heard. I almost wanted my money back it was so boomy and bad. No bass (and Freddie Washington was playing!) and almost all vocals and horn. Just terrible. Being inside this time, it has to be better. |
