Attention All NYC TBers!

Hey guys,

My family is driving to Manhattan today and staying for two nights.

Of course, the vast assortment of music stores was one of the reasons I made the push for NYC. So, I'm wondering, where are the best bass hotspots to go/hang/try out awesome gear. I've visited 48th street before (sam ash and stuff) but where else is there that I should stop by?

Thanks!

EDIT: I just read on their site that Sadowsky will be closed Is this the way most stores will be?

do a search, theres numerous threads listing all of the places.

Do go to 30th st guitars, between 7th and 8th ave...they have some nice old Fenders right now.

48th st of course, and the beast store, the GC on 14th between 6th and 5th.
