audimute for treating a room?

anyone ever heard of audimute?
theyre these blanket type sheets that help absorb sound.
anyone ever try this or something similar to this?
i did do some searching on TB but couldnt find anything on this particular product.
i dont need soundproof, just to really dampen the sound, so my cop calling neighbor wont be on my case anymore

Have you no Google? It was the top hit: http://www.audimutesoundproofing.com/

It probably won't help you; this stuff is to dampen reflections off walls inside a room and most likely won't stop low frequency sound from escaping and annoying the neighbors. There is no cheap way to do that.
