Alright, I've posted about my audition that is coming up before, but the requirements are slightly different now. So ignore what else I have said, here is what I need assistance with now:
"Students will prepare 2 excerpts of their choice in a jazz swing style.
Eg. Soli section from an arrangement, bebop tune or transcribed solo"
So what sort of piece should I play? I mean I've heard something like Donna Lee or Billie's Bounce suggested, but are there any other ideas? How far does my selection span?
