AVATAR HELP

I can't get the pic that I want in my avatar to hit the 15.0KB mark. It's always too big. I try to shrink it, but even with the picture being really, really small, it's still to big. HELP

Do you have Photoshop? If not, send me the pic and I'll try to cut it down for you.

What format is the file? Try saving as a bitmap image, those tend to be smaller.

Thanks guys. I actually made it into a GIF and shrunk it alot and it worked. Thanks alot.
