Awesome customer service

Just wanted to talk about this local dealer that had really amazing customer service.

The first time I heard of him, he sends out small items by mail order and when some guys mentioned on the local forums that they didn't receive the item, he just mailed out another without needing verification.

Some time back I bought my Genz Benz Shuttle 3.0-10T from him- I didn't have cash with me at the moment so he told me to just bring it home first and bank transfer him the money later to save me another trip.

Well recently I recommended him to the owner of a prominent local live music venue that I knew- and I just found out that after discussing with the owner, he's leaving three of his amps at the venue for two weeks to let the regular musicians at the venue try it out and feedback to the owner before making any purchase whatsoever.

I think this is really amazing customer service and a huge show of trust in the customer, especially when the local dealers are mostly known to have extremely poor customer service. Most other dealers around here don't just give wrong information and/or jack up the prices, they refuse to let customers even handle the equipment and a lot don't keep their equipment in good condition.

What impresses me most of all is that he said that none of his customers have ever cheated him... at least, not yet.

I think this is a great way to go. If only more dealers are like this. It really made my day.
