As far as I know Lars actually plays on all their albums. Both Peter and Ace were not the "real" players on every kiss track produced while they were still in the band. I suppose that speaks volumes.
Both not my fave drummers, but I think Metallica's a more musically proficient band out of those two, so I'll give my vote for worse drummer to Peter Criss.

to be fair, i have had worse drummers than justin bieber .... and i actually wont mind a guy having his drumming play for us, the same way i wont mind having lars (just the skills, NOT the person)... peter criss though, im not sure lol
