Bad news: Warrel Dane of Nevermore

Warrel Dane has recently been hospitalized for pancreas failure and Nevermore is consequently cancelling all of its tour dates. I've been worried about him as he's been looking pretty bad lately and I wasn't sure if he was ill or just getting fat. No word on the cause though some people say it might be diabetes.

IMHO Warrel Dane is one of the best metal vocalists ever and Nevermore is easily one of my top ten favorite bands. I sincerely hope he pulls through.

Man, I haven't heard that name in a while. I saw him when he was with Sanctuary, opening for Megadeth about 16 years ago. Hope he gets better.

that really sucks, i hope he gets better....but i also hope that nevermore get a new vocalist. he ruins that band for me.
