Well you left a couple of bones there, but they were not obvious....Scott Thurston was in The Motels for about 10 minutes, but I recognized Steve Ferrone having played with Duran Duran (and a million other artists) but he was never officially a member of the band, So ....

Average White Band
Onnie McIntyre
Alan Gorrie
Malcolm "Molly" Duncan
Roger Ball
Hamish Stuart
Robbie McIntosh
Steve Ferrone

Now then, TAKE THAT

Steve Ferrone was obviously AWB...for me, anyway since they have been a favourte of mine since about 1975.

Too, I would count Ferrone as a memeber of DD...I know he was on Notorius...good enough for me.

Anyway, I hadda dig deep for this one...should help the next guy, too-

The Dominic Troiano Band
Dominic Troiano-guitar
Neil Jason-bass
Steve Ferrone-drums
Fred Mandel-keys
Dave Tyson-keys

I would not mind checking this album out-

Fred Mandel- was a big time session musician in the 70's and 80's and played with a lot of people I'll list one that would be pretty easy for the next guy. He's on the Queen on fire live at the bowl DVD.
Queen
Fred Mandel
John Deacon
Brian May
Freddie Mercury
Roger Taylor.

OH! I did not know we were going to count session work and touring work, I thought it was BAND members. I would have went the Duran Duran route then...or with Scott Thurston and the Motels connection...as he was an actual member of The Motels.
Oh well, let the game play on

...I didn't read the Rule Book.

"Band" in the strictest sense could spell doom for this thread PDQ.

Well...that was fun.
The challenge, IMO, was to pick a band that would leave space for the next poster...with Neil Jason, I woulda picked The Brecker Brothers Band over Queen.
The Breckers had Terry Bozzio...after that, coulda went with Zappa (tons of opportunities there), U.K. or Missing Persons, etc
