| Band van insurance? How do you have yours setup?

One of my bandmates called Progressive yesterday to get a quote on our van we are purchasing and they said it would be considered "commercial". Is that right?
Do you have yours setup to insure every band member or is it setup in one persons name? I thought if it was in one persons name as long as they were in the car it didn't matter who was driving....is this correct or incorrect?
