Will I have to pay any fees or anything else if I receive a bass from Singapore to here in the US if shipped by USPS? Anything else I need to know?

I beleive that if it does not enter the US as a "Gift" then there are duties and taxes that you must pay. Don't know much more about it than that.

Call your nearest USPS outlet and they will tell you. Chances are it has to clear US Customs so there may be charges.
They can tell you.

I bought an amp from a guy in Canada once, and I got a seperate bill for duties and tariffs IIRC. Could be different with Singapore I guess.
I've heard horror stories about shipping to and from that part of the world, scams and the like.
