wasnt sure where to put this.

Anyhow, i am looking for somthing to sink my fingers into : exercises, songs, or general licks that are rather challenging, any style. if you can submit a link to sheet music that would be great but with out is fine (since i want to improve reading too)

"Bass Fitness" by Josquin des Prez has about 200, four-finger movable chromatic exercises that, while they start easy, will indeed kill you. It's not musical or interesting - it's just boot camp style, speed and dexterity based all out hell.

But it will make you better.
