Basscast is (almost) back

Thanks everyone for all the kind words and enquiries during the break in production of Basscast. It was certainly a bit longer than I expected.

We have now hired a co-producer to do all the time consuming pre- and post-production work that was keeping me from the show.

So our aim is to get to a regular twice a month schedule - publishing shows on the 1st and 15th of the month.

It will take a while to get the production line running smoothly - so the first few shows will be sporadic until we get back up to speed.

The last Basscast was #33, on November 1, 2007.

David, are you planning on producing future Basscasts? Or have you shut it down?

Even if no more are produced, the Basscasts are a wonderful resource, and I appreciate all the work you did on the 33 existing 'casts. I'm glad they are still available online.

It could be a while before I get back into regular production - but there will be occasional shows at irregular intervals.

Wow, that would be great if Basscast came back! I am still listening to the "old" editions again and again. Especially, I am very much looking forward to a Jamerson special!
I am sure, by continuing Basscast you would make a lot of Bass Players all over the world very very happy!
