So you've seen those recent videos of people taking pictures of themselves seeing how they age over the years, but I was just thinking, it would be really cool if someone did that for a bass, taking pictures of it everyday to see the mojo happen!

Anything like this already exist?

Unless you have a stand set up, and tripod set up in a place that won't be disturbed with a proper lighting environment, the pictures will vary so much day to day depending on distance, angle and lighting that it would be very hard to tell the difference.
