Just to let you all know that BassGirls.Com is going through a metamorphosis and by August 7th will be a fully-fledged monthly virtual magazine.

Adrienne Barnette is our July cover personality. As well as playing bass and violin with The Barnettes family-band, Adrienne is an accomplished athlete having won the Penn Relays high-jump competition and just missed the Olympic trials by half an inch.

Also featured are Switzerland's Sarah Zaugg, a young lady who has overcome a congenital defect to become one of her country's top bassists; Sally Freedenberg of Poets & Pornstars and Amy Brandt, who as well as playing bass, plays a 1920s Kimball grand-piano!

BassGirls Online Magazine has now introduced four new monthly columns; 'Talking Heads' which will be written by a different bassist each month; 'Classified Ads' where you can place your advert free for three months; 'Album Reviews' where recent albums will be reviewed each month and 'Letters To The Editor' where you can air your own views and gripes! No annoying pop-ups either!
