Hey All,
I just thought I'd toss this idea out -- how many of us are looking to add the low end to a local band???
I know in the San Fran area there is a MAJOR shortage of bass talent. I play guitar in a surf band and we are in DIRE need of a bassist, and since I started the band on guitar, I'm hesitant to switch over the the 4-string rumbler in order to teach someone new ALL my guitar stuff.
Anyone in SF looking to join a surf band? Anyone had their eye on craigslist lately? Seems like EVERYONE in the Bay Area is looking for bassists.
