More more influenced by musical ideas than musicians.
I love to listen to Randy Rhoads, Andres Segovia, the two guys from the Black Dahlia murder, Hendrix, and Paul Gilbert.

There are a ton of guitar players that I love, but my favorite is Jeff Beck. I've never seen or heard anyone as expressive on the instrument.

I could list several that I would say are favorites, but I like them more for their song-writing, as they're little more than strictly rhythm players.

As for players I'd list based on their guitar work, that's a fairly short list:
Kaki King
Dan Auerbach - the black keys
Roy Buchanan

Other songwriters who are more lead-type players:
R.L. Burnside
Junior Kimbrough
"Big Bill" Broonzy
