I know there are plenty of you on here that actually do like some Behringer Bass gear... Like in Club Behringer and Had a great gig... With a Behringer! threads

So why not join my Behringer Bass Gear Network?
Its mostly just chat about our favorite bass gear by Behringer...

Not to mention I've been seeing that I'm not the only who has modded there bx4500h to fit in racks and such...
Show pics of your gear etc etc...

Again...
This is not a bashing thread so please contain yourself...

Let us not forget what happened in my last Behringer thread...

Lets just say that if I wanted to break Behringer's finger, I would punch it in the nose.

I used to have a lot of Behringer gear. But I sold what I could and gave the rest of it away and bought some real equipment.

And this is the Off Topic forum. This thread belongs in Miscellaneous. You should ask a mod to please move it for you.

I have 3 pieces of Behringer gear - a trem pedal which is awful, a double A/B footpedal switch which is perfectly ok, and a 5 band parametric rack EQ unit which is pretty good really. Most importantly it has both low- and high-band pass filters, so the main thing I use it for is to high-pass round about 38 - 40 Hz, and to cut 900Hz at medium Q by about 50%, emulating the Deep 7 setting on a Yamaha NE-1 pedal, (cut 2000Hz for Deep 4 - Nathan East's preference).

I find this really cleans up my sound, but maybe not for everyone.

I have three pieces of Behringer gear, all of which are working very well.

The BX4500H is my gigging head - it's quiet, clean and produces powerful sound. never hiccuped or caused a moment's problem.

The BDI21 direct interface isn't called on to do much, but I can dial up a sound I want - or just use it for extra boost on specific passages.

Their DR100 digital reverb is a very nice unit I use all the time when playing surf music. It adds depth, has a number of reverb options, and costs 1/5 as much as the boss unit it copies. Frankly, I like its sound better than the Boss unit.

No complaints about Behringer here.

I have a Behringer Bass Chorus, and Bass Overdrive that I have been perfectlyhappy with. I only use them for a few things when I want some effect because I love the way my bass sounds. Since I do not need a lot of effect, the Behringers have been great!... A couple days ago, got the Bass Synth pedal, and I have not figgered it out yet, or even if it will be of any real use to me, but for the price it was worth it. I may try to pick up a Bass Flanger sometime soon just for the heck of it...
