Bela Fleck and the Flecktones - Live at the Quick

Who thinks this DVD is an amazing show? I certainly do! I've also read reviews, and most people think it's amazing as well!

Only a few reviews had complaints, which were that there isn't enough shots of Futureman (which I don't agree with at all :S) and the audience shots seem to be repeated and taken from different songs. A bit odd, but I'm not really watching the show to think about the audience.

Anyway, I basically posted this thread to hear some opinions on this DVD. Personally I think it's excellent!

I have the DVD, and have watched it 50+ times. I find it extremely inspiring and show excerpts to students and musician buddys all the time.

The sound is fantastic, a quality production all around, and some really freaky stuff throughout.

Quite possibly my fave music DVD ever...pretty tough to top that one.

Gets my highest recommendation....can't afford or find it?, it's all over YouTube...check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I love that DVD, my freshman year roomate had it, I should get my own copy.

Coffin's second solo in Lover's Leap brings me to tears. When the band brings the "chorus" back in under him... oh man

The only thing I haven't yet been able to sit through is the throat singing. It just gets to my ears. I completely respect the skill, and it is amazing, I just couldn't listen to it.
How about the bit at the beginning of Hoedown?

One of my faves!

Absolutely fantastic Concert (concerts actually, it is obviously comp'd from two different shows)
