Best Bass Lit/DVD's/ CD's?

Apparently I just won a $100 gift certificate to Amazon. No really, I checked, it's actually REAL. So I should probably get some instructional stuff.

So I don't actually have a bass yet. I'm workin' on that one, just as soon as I get my guitar amp sold / next pay check.

I'm looking to get some good books / DVD's and stuff. I was looking at this...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...v=glance&n=130

I actually hadn't heard any of Jaco's stuff until today (Don't hurt me...) but from what I gather he's pretty much worshipped by bassists.

I'm big into the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Rage against the machine bass sounds. I'll be playing bass for a group that'll be doing some covers or RHCP as well as a lotta classic rock/ hard rock/ little bit o metal type stuff. I'll be using a jazz bass through an as-yet-undetermined amp.

So, what do you guys suggest?
