| Best Fakebook for pop/classic rock cover band

Pulled one out of our butt Saturday night, but wondering if you've come across any fakebooks for pop, classic rock, maybe even some popular country that work well for you.
We used to use "The Ultimate Fakebook" series in the late 70's and when a request would be made that we didn't know, and we turned to the Ultimate, we almost always went "Dang" not believing we would find it in there, but we usually did.
It was easier in our younger yeaars, because you often heard the songs on the radio that people were requesting. But now, we might get a request for Lady Gaga or something BS like that, and have no clue how the song is supposed to go, even if it were fakebooked. But it's rare to get something requested we are totally unfamiliar with. |
