Best Fender Bass Reference book?

I'm looking for a good reference book to help me purchase vintage Fender basses......dates of manufacture....vintage colors....things to look for.....things to avoid....etc.

I don't know if this will help you purchase vintage basses, but it is a great reference book...one of the best on the market for Fender basses.
