One of my favorites:

Devo - R U Experienced (Hendrix Cover)

http://youtube.com/watch?v=qonTIZGu27w

Funny/Weird and I think it does justice to the original, one of my favorite Hendrix tunes.

Edit:

Devo - Jocko Homo (Original Version)

http://youtube.com/watch?v=hRguZr0xCOc

The original version borders on scary. It's got a lo fi sound, tonally darker. Great video to weird people out.

Devo probably is one of the greatest things to happen to the 80s.

Can't think of "the funniest" right now, but the "best" 80's video for me is unquestionably Michael Jackson's "Thriller".

I still think "Take On Me" by A-ha is one of the best videos of the 80's (maybe of all time). The effects hold up, even now.

Oh the pain, I think I need to call in sick. I forgot about Nitro, what a painful listening experience they were. Their song "Nasty Reputation" has the WEAKEST guitar tone I think I have ever heard.

They are good for a laugh though.
