Best shipping rate for 1 rack-size efx(comp o whatever)

Hello Guys ,its a quick question.
Usually those kind of questions Involves Basses and big stuff like that.
But i need an advice for a smaller size item:
a rack Comp,not "tubey" ,so Also it should'nt be Weighty.

For example:
I 've ordered From Usa a Sansamp Vt,and It comes Just 25$ of shipping ,and the lowest i got was 18$ for a control jazz plate.

What I'm asking ,is WHICH service or shippings are those ones os cheap.
BeCause i 've contacted One guy through the bay for one rack size Compressor,
and He told me is about 120$ the shipping,
"Standard Int'l Flat Rate Shipping".

I 've told him i get usually Lower rates ,
ANd He kindly Answered Me if I can Point Him to where those lower-price Sippings are offered ,
he would gladly check it out.
CAn ANyone Help me About that matter?

i believe its Fedex the shipping,
if He can't figure out less expensive shiping than Fedex as a Seller ,Maybe it's Not even worth bother with The question anymore.

ANYWAy I would like to know so In the case i will know what to say To A Private seller.
