You get emails of your order confirmation and the shipping confirmation with tracking. You never have to guess if or when your item is going to ship. And, because of previous dealings with Brian, I can say IME that he stands behind what he sells. If Best Bass Gear has what I need, I would not hesitate for a second to get it there.
