I've bought a number of items from them over the years, including my own set of Dimarzio Model J pickups. Always fast, reliable, and professional.

Yep, ive ordered a bunch of random stuff from them, and have never had a problem. Usually fast shipping, never any issues with quality.

Brian and his wife are top notch people. Very friendly, decent pricing, and fast shipping. You also get a level of customer service unheard of: emailed Brian once about the length of the threaded shafts on some potentiometers, he did not have any on hand, he called one of his luthier friends and asked him to measure them for him! Also called the house when my product was on back order!

Brian ROCKS!!! I always have lots of questions when doing a mod. The last one was a Bart pre for my $$. Brian was there for me every step of the way. Never really took on a wiring project like that before. When I called with a question, we ended up talking for about 1/2 an hour!!! He seemed very genuine and interested in helping me out. Where do you find that kind of support these days? Anyways, ordering was easy. You get emails of your order confirmation and the shipping confirmation with tracking. You never have to guess if or when your item is going to ship. And, because of previous dealings with Brian, I can say IME that he stands behind what he sells. If Best Bass Gear has what I need, I would not hesitate for a second to get it there. Just my experience.
